• Free Motor Carrier Services is a third-party compliance assistant and is not responsible for federal regulatory enforcement or updates. You are legally responsible for maintaining your company’s compliance.
To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our non-refundable service policy below. Due to the nature of regulatory filings and compliance services, most services are non-refundable once processing begins or confirmation has been issued.

• Once the UCR has been submitted and a confirmation email issued, no refunds will be granted—even if the vehicle is no longer in operation.

• No refunds are issued for DOT or non-DOT drug and alcohol testing once the order is placed.
• Services related to the FMCSA Portal or Clearinghouse setup or maintenance are non-refundable once initiated.
