By submitting payment, you confirm that:

    •    You have read and agreed to our Terms of Service, No-Refund Policy, and Compliance Disclaimer.

   •    You understand that once services have been processed (including DOT filings, PHMSA registrations, or certificate issuance), no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted for any reason.

    •    You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of business classification and all associated regulatory fees.
    •    Free Motor Carrier Services is a third-party compliance assistant and is not responsible for federal regulatory enforcement or updates. You are legally responsible for maintaining your company’s compliance.

To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our non-refundable service policy below. Due to the nature of regulatory filings and compliance services, most services are non-refundable once processing begins or confirmation has been issued.

🔹 Hazmat Registration & Amendments

    •    Refunds are only available within 24 hours of payment, provided processing has not begun.

    •    Once submitted to PHMSA or the registration has been issued, no refunds will be granted.

    •    Amendments are non-refundable once processed.

🔹 Hazmat Courses (Online Training)

    •    Once enrolled and the confirmation email is sent, your seat is reserved.

    •    No refunds will be issued after 24 hours, regardless of course progress or completion.

🔹 Supervisor Drug & Alcohol Course (Online Training)

 •    Once enrolled and the confirmation email is sent, your seat is reserved.

    •    No refunds will be issued after 24 hours, regardless of course progress or completion.

🔹 Biennial Updates (MCS-150)

    •    If  the signed form is  not returned and processing begins, the filing is non-refundable.

🔹 UCR (Unified Carrier Registration)

    •    Once the UCR has been submitted and a confirmation email issued, no refunds will be granted—even if the vehicle is no longer in operation.

🔹 FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Testing or Portal Services

    •    No refunds are issued for DOT or non-DOT drug and alcohol testing once the order is placed.

    •    Services related to the FMCSA Portal or Clearinghouse setup or maintenance are non-refundable once initiated.
